The Shuster brothers, Paul and
Donald, were hard working "farm boys" from the Sandhills of Nebraska. Over
50 years ago they started a grocery operation specializing in processing meat
and making sausage products. Accurately measuring, mixing and blending
spices and seasonings to perfect their products.
During the mid '60's, Paul and
Donald Shuster moved to Lincoln Nebraska with their families. The Shuster
brothers continued to market the "old fashion" award winning meat products they
are known for today. Not wanting to let sausage making become a lost art,
they trained their sons and family of employees to continue on in their
footsteps.
The quality products today are made
by Paul Loos, Larry Shuster, Tony Shuster, Rich Dietrich and Kelly Peate.
Our facility and all of our products are USDA
inspected and passed by a Department of Agriculture agent working in our
production facility.
